Kathy Warren will head the newly created Private Client Wills and Probate Department

 

 
 

 

 

Kathy Warren has recently joined KLR Solicitors and has introduced our new Private Client Wills and Probate Department.

 

Kathy is able to give advice on new Wills and all matters relating to Probate. Kathy has many years experience in dealing with Probate understands the need for clients, who are often dealing with these matters in times of distress to be offered not only a sympathetic approach to their needs but also to enable them to understand the “jargon” that often surrounds probate issues.

 

Although only recently opened our Probate Department is hoping to assist the local community in the preparation of wills and administration of estates where someone has died. Kathy offers skilled and sympathetic advice in making wills and also advice on and obtaining probate to an estate of a deceased person. Kathy can also offer specialist advice on Lasting Powers of Attorneys and registering Enduring Power of Attorneys. Our services include advising on applications made to the Court of Protection for deputyship in respect of people who have become mentally incapable and can no longer manage their financial affairs.

 

Kathy is prepared to see clients in the offices at Sidcup or will make home visits and can offer this service evenings and weekends.
