Matters which we can discuss in the meeting include, divorce, matrimonial finances, children, pre- or post-nuptial agreements, separation agreements, and unmarried couples. We can discuss your concerns, advise you generally regarding the legal position, and advise you as to our costs for any work which you would like us to do for you.

It would be helpful for you to please bring any documents you may have (e.g. if your partner has a solicitor and they have written to you), and also two pieces of identification (a passport or driving licence with your picture, and a recent bank statement or utility bill showing your address).

Yes. We are more than happy to agree a limit on costs. KLR Solicitors, will not exceed that limit without your prior consent and agreement to do so.
